£50,000 - £80,000 OTE in year one depending upon experience

Location: Greater Leeds area

We are seeking an experienced or newly qualified Financial Adviser to join our thriving Financial Services firm. Whether you are transitioning from mortgages or wills into investments and pensions advice, or looking for your first role in financial advice, the key qualities we value are client focus and a commitment to putting clients' needs first.

In this role, you will have access to existing clients and new business leads generated through our growing reputation and client referrals. You will also develop your own business plan to expand your client base and increase your earning potential.

• Manage client enquiries and the advice process from start to finish
• Focus on delivering excellent customer experience with support from the administration team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust and quality service
• Proactively generate new business through business development and advertising
• Book appointments, conduct fact-finding, research, recommend solutions, and build rapport for future business
• Maintain high standards of integrity, stay updated on regulations and financial products
• Prepare comprehensive financial plans and conduct reviews to meet client goals
• Develop referral networks and new business opportunities
