Salary: £26,520 - £34,008 depending on experience

Shift Details: 37.5 hours, days, Monday to Friday, 9-5

The Maypole Care Home provides nursing and residential care. Their highly skilled nurses, carers, and ancillary staff create a welcoming and homely environment, promoting independence and quality of life. The home is purpose-built with spacious lounges, en suite bedrooms with TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, and garden views. Residents are encouraged to personalize their rooms.

Nutritious meals are prepared daily by the in-house chef, with snacks and refreshments available from a Night Bites menu overnight. A variety of activities and events keep residents active and engaged, with support to maintain community interests.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Using bespoke software for invoicing, income processing, and debt management.
  • Liaising with Local and Health Authorities for information and payments.
  • Managing documentation for admissions.
  • Safeguarding resident monies and managing transactions.
  • Administering purchasing, supplier payments, and petty cash.
  • Processing employee information and payroll.
  • Providing clerical support to the Home Manager.
  • Maintaining filing systems and stationery supplies.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

Experience as a Financial Administrator, excellent customer service skills, friendly manner, approachable, organized, detail-oriented, relationship-building skills, dedication, efficiency, and a caring attitude.
