The successful candidate will have experience in a similar administrative role within the finance sector, and be looking to build a long-term career.

  • Dealing with an array of financial documentation
  • Assist in fund management activities with a focus on accurate reporting
  • Support investment transactions by coordinating data across internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage compliance and regulatory filings in line with relevant financial standards
  • Maintain and update financial databases and records to ensure data integrity
  • Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and finance professionals to support seamless transactions

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in similar financial administration role
  • Good knowledge of financial systems, reporting tools, and compliance regulations
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Strong attention to detail
