Overview of role:

RLB are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join the team in either the Leeds or Sheffield office, to act as support to the Finance Manager and region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Being first point of support for all finance queries for the office.
  • Converting won business opportunities into contracts and closing lost opportunities.
  • Amending opportunities and contracts based on COR forms received.
  • Liaising with Contract Owners to amend fees where required.
  • Generating invoicing schedules for Finance Co-Ordinators.
  • Managing the finance MS Teams channel.
  • Maintaining finance records of invoicing sent to clients.
  • Manage finance mailbox, answering queries or escalating queries to Finance Co-Ordinators and Finance Manager.
  • Manage Purchase Ledger process, completing on D365 and liaising with Contract Owners to obtain approval for payment.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach and will be committed to delivering internal and external customer service excellence.
  • Previous experience in a admin heavy role.
  • Exposure or experience to invoicing processes.
  • Excel and MS Office competent.
  • Attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records.
