Job summary

RNLI is seeking a Financial Accountant on a 6-month basis to support year-end and audit activities within the Financial Reporting team in Poole. You will work closely with the Financial Reporting Manager to deliver the year end.

The role requires substantial post-qualification experience, strong Excel skills, and ideally charity sector experience. It offers an engaging, deadline-driven environment with a focus on accurate statutory reporting and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Substantial post qualified experience or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Charity experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the year end close process for RNLI.
• Prepare statutory reporting and work papers.
• Manage audit deliverables and respond to external auditors.
