Job summary

Venture Recruitment Partners are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant specialising in year end and audit to support our client on a short term contract.

You will work closely with the wider finance team and SLT, as well as the auditors, to ensure the audit runs smoothly and on time. This is will combine hands on support and business partnering the process.

Based in Romsey, mainly office based with a 2–3 month duration and umbrella rate of £290–£350 per day.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or QBE required.
• Extensive audit experience.
• Experience with an SME is key.

Responsibilities

• Manage the audit process and ensure it's completed on time.
• Support the wider team with queries.
• Hands on work including the consolidation of final accounts.
