About Our Client

We are working with a high-growth, private equity-backed Software as a Service (SaaS) business headquartered in Central London.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and assist in board reporting.
• Ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts.
• Support year-end statutory reporting and audit process.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and improve financial processes and systems.
• Liaise with external advisors including auditors and tax consultants.
• Work closely with commercial teams on business performance insights.

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (UK GAAP / IFRS).
• Ideally trained in practice.
• Experience with clients in the SaaS, technology, or PE-backed space is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Xero).
