Job summary

Clermont Hotel Group is seeking a driven Financial Accountant to join the Group Reporting team. You will own the statutory accounts process across 20+ entities while supporting consolidated reporting and improving financial controls.

Ideal candidates will be ACA qualified with IFRS experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders. Hospitality sector exposure is a plus, but technical expertise is key.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified (or equivalent), with experience in an audit practice.
• Strong experience preparing statutory financial statements under IFRS.
• Experience of statutory and consolidated group reporting across multiple legal entities.
• Good understanding of technical accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong IT capabilities.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end statutory accounts process for over 20 Group entities, coordinating sign-off.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated results, including reporting to parent company/bank.
• Prepare consolidated balance sheet and cash flow reporting with timely delivery.
