Job summary

A leading communication technology provider in the UK is seeking a motivated Financial Accountant to join its finance team. This newly created role focuses on maintaining the integrity of financial reporting while supporting statutory obligations. You'll be involved in month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial accounting skills, be detail-oriented, and have knowledge of UK GAAP, along with the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders. Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial accounting and month-end close activities.
• Strong balance sheet reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
• Effectively communicate technical matters to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review month-end journal entries and accruals.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations across key control accounts.
• Produce monthly management reports with variance analysis.
