A fast-growing consumer brand in London is seeking an Interim Senior Financial Accountant for a 6-month contract. This role involves leading the month-end close process, managing various accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with UK GAAP. Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale, e-commerce, consumer products or similar environments is advantageous.
• Background in a fast-changing environment with exposure to process improvement and system changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, reconciliations and preparation of financial statements.
• Manage stock accounting, fixed assets, lease accounting (IFRS 16) and cash-flow activities.
• Prepare monthly and year-end reporting and support audit requirements.

Education

Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
