Job description

Applications are invited to apply for the position of Financial Accountant within the Finance Department of the University of Wolverhampton. This is an exciting and wide-ranging role, working as a senior member of the finance team you will lead a team responsible for statutory reporting, liaising with external and internal auditors, compliance, tax, cashflow reporting, all aspects of management accounting, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis.

You will play a key role developing future reporting for the University to support its strategy, undertake scenario planning and support future business cases.

You will lead and manage a team of accountants and should have a proven track record of managing people having the ability to communicate to all levels of staff.

The role is based at our Campus in Wolverhampton.
