As an integral member of the finance team, you will report directly to the Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will be part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, with a strong background in audit and accounting. A passion for excellence in a fast-paced, high-performing environment is crucial to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with a range of ad-hoc financial tasks as required
Oversee year-end statutory and tax compliance processes
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors
Prepare monthly financial reports for divisional leaders
Conduct detailed variance analysis on monthly financial results
Collaborate with teams in Audit, Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure accurate financial reporting
Manage the preparation and approval of balance sheet reconciliations
Experience & Qualifications
Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
Previous experience with statutory accounts, ideally in a Financial Accountant role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
