Job description

As an integral member of the finance team, you will report directly to the Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will be part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, with a strong background in audit and accounting. A passion for excellence in a fast-paced, high-performing environment is crucial to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with a range of ad-hoc financial tasks as required

• Oversee year-end statutory and tax compliance processes

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors

• Prepare monthly financial reports for divisional leaders

• Conduct detailed variance analysis on monthly financial results

• Collaborate with teams in Audit, Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Manage the preparation and approval of balance sheet reconciliations

Experience & Qualifications

• Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)

• Previous experience with statutory accounts, ideally in a Financial Accountant role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
