Key responsibilities include ownership of monthly close processes, overseeing year-end audits, preparing statutory financial statements, driving financial control culture, leading balance sheet reviews, collaborating with Shared Service Centre teams, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications include expertise in accounting and control, strong communication skills, stakeholder management, problem-solving, retail and commercial experience, proficiency in SAP, Blackline, HFM, and auditing.
