Financial Accountant – Join Our Growing Finance Team!

Location: Central London (Pall Mall)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to become an integral part of our dynamic finance team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the business while collaborating with senior leadership, including the Managing Director. If you have 3-4 years of experience in finance, a strong understanding of financial processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets to support decision-making.
• Conduct balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions efficiently.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Assist in financial analysis and forecasting to support business strategy.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong ability to inovate and create new finance processes and structers.
• Ability to Build Financial Models
• Bonus: A professional qualification (or working towards) such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
