We are looking for a qualified Auditor, with post qualified experience, from a large practice to join a Global Real Estate and Property Services firm as a Financial Accountant. Paying up to £65k and based in Knutsford (Hybrid Working). This role will be working closely with one of the largest commercial finance teams in the business.

The Role

• Forge strong relationships with the key stakeholders in the sub-segments with the aim that the Financial Controllership and Commercial Finance teams are seen as one.
• Attend all Business Finance meetings necessary in order to fully understand the performance of the sub-segments (e.g. month-end performance reviews, project / contract / balance sheet reviews)
• Support the Statutory Accounting Managers with the Group and Statutory audits.
• Play a key role in preparing the revenue analytics by reviewing revenue checklists prepared by Commercial Finance.
• Assist the sub-segment Financial Controllers in completing quarterly reporting to Group, including but not limited to; the technical questionnaire, non-GAAP reporting disclosures, SAB99 submission and S302 return.
• Support Commercial Finance on technical accounting matters using expertise within Controllership to provide accurate guidance.

Your Profile

• You will need to be a minimum of 12 months post qualified, working in audit, within a large practice.
