  • Preparing dividend paperwork and supporting the maintenance of share capital records and corporate documentation.

  • Managing bank KYC (Know Your Customer) and administrative requirements, including mandate, access and banking control reviews.

  • Supporting the rationalisation of banking arrangements and remediation of identified banking control issues.

  • Coordinating insurance renewals and providing accurate financial information to insurers, banks and other external stakeholders.

  • Preparing capital account information and other post-management-accounts reporting as required.

  • Supporting financial due diligence and the preparation or review of completion accounts for acquisitions.

  • Supporting year-end alignment, share capital tables and technical accounting matters for newly acquired entities.

  • Ensuring new entities are added to relevant statutory, tax and compliance trackers and embedded into group reporting and control processes.

  • Supporting the Finance Integration Manager during acquisition and integration phases.

  • Providing technical accounting guidance and practical support to the wider finance team.

Key Skills and competencies:

  • Experience working in a multi-entity or group environment, ideally within a growing or acquisitive organisation.

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple entities, deadlines and stakeholders. Personal qualities we are looking for:
