Doit is seeking a visionary VP of Finance to lead financial strategy, performance, and capital allocation across the group. You will drive the group’s P&L, balance sheet, and funding decisions to maximize returns while supporting multiple markets.

You will build robust financial models, oversee treasury and reporting, and partner with executive leadership to fund growth and new initiatives across businesses and regions.

Qualifikationen

• Senior finance professional with technology/fintech/high-growth experience.
• Strong background in corporate finance, FP&A and business finance.
• Deep understanding of P&L, cash flow, unit economics and capital allocation.
• Ability to build and challenge financial models personally.

Aufgaben

• Own Group P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting and financial planning.
• Build financial models for businesses, new products, market expansion and investments.
• Review revenue, costs, margins, unit economics and cash requirements by business.
• Drive capital allocation based on business performance and expected returns.
• Own treasury, tax, audit, controls and financial reporting across Group entities.
• Lead financing, investments, acquisitions and other transactions when required.
• Build finance systems and teams that can support additional businesses and markets.
