Job summary

McLaren Racing Ltd is seeking an ERP Finance Project Business Partner for a 12‑month FTC. The role sits in the ERP programme to translate business needs into ERP processes, reporting and controls across Finance, Operations and IT.

You will drive standardised processes, user adoption and benefits realisation with the implementation partner. You will influence across functions, manage workshops, validate solutions, and support testing, training and go‑live readiness in a fast‑paced,

Qualifications

Good understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and accounting principles.
Experience in product ownership, business analysis, or ERP governance.
Comfort in working in a sprint environment with changing tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary finance representative for designated business functions and workstreams.
Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Procurement, Commercial, Technology and People teams.
Understand current business challenges, reporting requirements and operational processes.
Ensure stakeholder perspectives are reflected in the future-state ERP design.
Participate in workshops and design sessions to gather business requirements and validate proposed solutions.
Support decision-making by presenting options, impacts, risks and recommendations.
Be prepared to drop in and support other functions as different sprints require different skill sets and resources across the Finance team
