Job summary

WHSmith is seeking a Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale EPM and ERP workstreams within a large transformation programme. You will coordinate internal Finance, Technology and external SI partners, ensuring robust planning, governance and delivery against strategic milestones.

The role requires senior delivery experience, strong finance process understanding and excellent communication skills to report to executive stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Significant PM experience in large finance transformation programmes.
• Proven delivery across full lifecycle EPM and/or ERP implementations (both preferred).
• Strong understanding of finance processes and implementation lifecycles.
• Comfort using PM software to maintain integrated project plans and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of EPM and ERP workstreams from mobilisation to BAU.
• Maintain integrated project plans, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external SI partners to align plans and outcomes.
• Provide concise status reporting for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Manage scope, change control and benefits realization.
