Job summary

WHSmith Europe is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager to drive delivery of major workstreams, focusing initially on EPM and ERP implementations. You will lead integrated plans across finance, technology and external SI partners, maintaining RAID logs and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage dependencies, and champion readiness and adoption activities.

Qualifications

Significant PM experience in large, complex finance transformation programmes.
Proven delivery across full lifecycle EPM and/or ERP implementations (preferably both).
Strong understanding of finance processes, data, integrations, and testing.
Ability to manage integrated project plans with external SI partners and vendors.
Excellent governance, risk, dependency and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of key EPM and ERP workstreams from mobilisation to business as usual.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, milestones and dependencies.
Drive delivery discipline across workstream leads, Finance, Technology and Change teams.
Maintain RAID, decisions and dependency logs; escalate issues with options and actions.
Coordinate with SI partners and vendors to align plans with programme outcomes.
Provide concise status reporting for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
Manage scope and change control with impact analysis.
