Job Description

As a Finance Transformation Manager / Finance Business Partner, working as part of the newly established change team, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing individual business cases regarding change and transformation projects and supporting finance managers in improving the financial content
• Inputting into the design of business cases, taking into account affordability and budgetary constraints
• Taking responsibility for the 5-year model
• Setting up processes to enable benefits monitoring and tracking
• Identifying areas of improvement and upskilling the finance team where required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a Qualified Accountant with previous experience in business partnering and exposure to prioritization of projects at the group level. You should be a good communicator and skilled at creating and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders. Experience within larger organizations is preferred, especially within hard/product-based industries rather than Financial Services. This role is initially temporary for 6-12 months, so you should be available to start within 3-4 weeks and commit to the tenure.

What's on Offer

A day rate dependent on experience. Hybrid working - 1-2 days in the office and 3-4 days from home. This role is inside IR35 and will be paid either via PAYE or through an umbrella company.
