Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead initiatives across the On Trade Finance and Commercial teams, driving automation and improved forecasting, reporting, and controls. The role emphasizes data quality, business partnering, and scalable analytics to enable strategic decision-making.

The candidate will manage end-to-end processes, deliver efficiency gains, and work with multiple stakeholders to embed sustainable change in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel, financial modelling and reporting automation skills.
• Experience in a data-driven finance or analytical role, using AI.
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery experience.
• Process mapping, root cause analysis and end-to-end redesign experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the On Trade Finance team and the Commercial team.
• Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy and control.
• Identify, prioritise and deliver automation to simplify ways of working and reduce manual effort.
• Support implementation and adoption of new processes, systems and tools with stakeholder engagement.
• Enhance forecasting processes and reporting solutions to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making.
• Strengthen governance across accrual management and price increase administration.
• Improve data quality, reporting consistency and accessibility for trusted financial information.
• Develop scalable analytical and reporting tools to support better business decisions.
