Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with relevant post-qualification experience.
• FMCG or commercial finance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support AFH Annual Operating Plan and long-term planning.
• Own regular performance reporting, forecasting and analysis for AFH.
• Deliver actionable insights on risks, opportunities and performance.
• Support monthly business reviews and KPI reporting to leadership.
• Track delivery of initiatives and financial commitments.
• Manage financial reporting to Region and Global Teams.
• Partner with Commercial teams on customer and growth opportunities.
• Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis and recommendations.
• Support JBPs and customer negotiations.
• Assist new business opportunities with financial assessment and business cases.
• Build cross-functional relationships to support channel objectives.
