Job summary

Ricoh Europe is seeking a seasoned finance professional to support the Head of Finance M&A, driving the financial integration of acquisitions and aligning entities with Ricoh's operating model. You will standardise processes, embed governance and reporting, and enable data‑driven decision making across the acquisition lifecycle, bridging strategy, finance and operations.

Ideal candidates have auditor/controller experience in international settings, fluent English, and familiarity with ERP/BI

Qualifications

Proven background as Auditor or Controller in international environments or top-tier firms.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; other languages are a plus.
Experience applying AI to business processes and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Support the financial integration of acquisitions and the alignment of new and existing entities with the Ricoh finance operating model.
Standardise financial processes, embed governance and reporting frameworks.
Bridge strategy, finance and operations to deliver integration objectives across the acquisition lifecycle.
Develop group-wide taxonomy and standardised revenue classification for reporting.
Support ERP alignment and end-to-end tooling (CRM → ERP → reporting).
