Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Finance Integration & M&A leader to standardise processes, govern reporting, and enable data-driven decisions across acquisitions in a fast-growing European context.

The role requires strong international finance experience, fluency in English, and hands-on expertise with ERP/BI tools. You will bridge strategy, operations and finance to deliver the integration roadmap with impact.

Qualifications

• Auditor or Controller with international experience.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Experience applying AI to business processes.
• Knowledge of ERP/BI systems such as Oracle or Hyperion.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of acquisitions into Ricoh's finance model and embed governance.
• Design and deploy group-wide taxonomy and reporting for revenue and profitability.
• Align key systems (CRM, ERP, reporting tools) and drive automation across entities.
• Lead or coordinate the finance integration roadmap and value creation across acquisitions.
