Job summary

Undisclosed seeks a Finance Transformation Lead to drive the fleet systems programme, coordinating Finance, Technology and Programme teams to deliver a new contract management platform for corporate and fleet operations.

You will oversee financial impacts, controls and dependencies, working with business analysts, developers and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and readiness for change.

Qualifications

• A Qualified Accountant or equivalent experience in a Finance environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls and reconciliations.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation, change or systems implementation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance representative within the fleet systems transformation programme.
• Assess and communicate financial and operational impacts of system changes.
• Coordinate Finance SMEs to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Support definition of business requirements, accounting treatment and controls.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers and testing teams throughout the programme.
• Build relationships with Finance, Operations, Technology and Programme teams.
• Manage relationships with external delivery partners.
• Identify, track and elevate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with related initiatives and data migration readiness.
• Provide regular updates to Finance leadership and governance.
