Qualifications

• Experience within finance transformation, business change, operating model redesign or large-scale programmes.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data for improvements.
• Experience supporting systems implementations or technology-enabled process change.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Structured, organized approach with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing actions, risks, issues and deliverables in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of target operating models across finance planning and performance management.
• Coordinate workstream activities with milestones and dependencies.
• Gather, document and manage business requirements from stakeholders.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support the implementation of finance systems and enabling technologies.
• Track and manage risks, issues and interdependencies.
• Define and establish performance measures and reporting frameworks.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and governance artefacts.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communications and change management.
• Build relationships across finance and wider business functions to support delivery.
