Job summary
Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead initiatives across On Trade and Off Trade Finance, partnering with Commercial teams to improve profitability reporting, forecasting, and accrual management. The role focuses on simplification, standardisation and automation to drive efficiency and better decision support.
You will work with Finance and Commercial teams to improve data quality, forecast accuracy, and capacity, enabling business partnering and meaningful change
Qualifications
- Experience leading finance transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in process mapping and redesign of end-to-end processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
- Advanced Excel with financial modelling and automation.
- Experience in data-driven finance roles using AI.
- Experience handling large datasets from multiple sources.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation initiatives across On Trade or Off Trade Finance and the Commercial team.
- Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy and control.
- Identify and deliver automation to reduce manual effort.
- Support implementation of new processes, systems and tools with stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct process reviews to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Enhance forecasting processes and reporting solutions for better insight.
- Strengthen governance over accrual management and price increases.
- Improve data quality and reporting accessibility for trusted information.
- Develop scalable analytical tools to support decisions and reduce workload.
