Carlsberg Britvic seeks a Finance Transformation Manager in Hemel Hempstead to lead the On Trade Finance team's transformation efforts, delivering automation, improved forecasting and more robust accrual processes. You will partner with Finance and Commercial teams to drive efficiency, data quality and business partnering.

You should bring a track record of successful transformation programmes, strong Excel modelling skills, and experience managing large datasets; a CIMA qualification is

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience mapping processes, root cause analysis and redesigning end-to-end processes.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling and reporting automation.
• Experience with large datasets from multiple sources and data-driven finance roles.
• CIMA qualified (other related qualifications considered).

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives across On Trade Finance and with Commercial teams.
• Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy and control.
• Identify and deliver automation to simplify work and reduce manual effort.
• Support new processes, systems and tools adoption with stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct process reviews to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Enhance forecasting processes and reporting solutions for better decision-making.
• Strengthen governance over accrual management and price increase administration.
