Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced finance transformation professional to join our consulting team. You will drive engagements, design operating models, and work with CFOs on strategic initiatives. The role offers hybrid working and exposure to diverse clients across professional services.

You will collaborate with senior teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality insights that enable better financial performance.

Qualifications

• Finance qualification required (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT).
• Proven experience in finance transformation projects.
• Experience designing Finance Target Operating Models and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.
• Ability to lead engagements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements, plan and facilitate workshops to define objectives and requirements.
• Identify process gaps and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to client proposals and presentations as a trusted advisor.
