Job summary

Be | Shaping the Future UK is seeking an experienced Manager to join their CFO advisory and Finance change segment. In this role, you will lead finance transformation engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders like CFOs and Finance Directors.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of management consulting experience, particularly in Financial Services, with solid experience in delivering FP&A transformations and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in management consulting focused on Financial Services.
• Proven experience delivering Finance Transformation programmes.
• Strong experience in FP&A transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements for Financial Services clients.
• Work with CFOs and Finance Directors to implement change.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across complex transformation programmes.
