Job summary

Modis International Ltd’s Finance Transformation practice is seeking a Managing Consultant to drive complex finance transformation programmes for UK clients. Hybrid role with potential UK travel, offering up to around £88,000 plus bonus and exposure to CFOs and senior finance leaders.

You will shape operating models, core financial processes, planning, forecasting and cost optimisation while growing the practice through proposals, bids and thought leadership, leading workstreams and mentoring

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification is required.
• Strong consulting experience in finance transformation.
• Experience leading workstreams in enterprise transformation programmes.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Comfort working with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery on enterprise-scale finance transformation programmes.
• Develop proposals, bids and client development initiatives.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and mentor junior consultants.
