Job summary

DOT Partners in Manchester is seeking a finance leader to lead a business-wide transformation, building the foundations for the next growth stage. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will drive the transformation program and work across Finance and the wider business.

The role requires a qualified accountant with a track record of delivering meaningful change in a growing, operationally complex business, plus an interest in AI-enabled tools within finance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong financial control experience.
• Experience leading finance transformation.
• Experience in growing, operationally complex businesses.

Responsibilities

• Improving the speed, accuracy and consistency of financial reporting.
• Strengthening balance sheet controls and cash flow visibility.
• Reviewing team structures, capabilities and responsibilities.
• Improving how operational and financial data flows across the business.
• Assessing existing systems and identifying opportunities for integration, automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Evaluating where AI can improve processing, reconciliation, reporting and analysis, supported by reliable data and effective controls.
• Reducing manual processing, spreadsheet dependency and duplicated work.
• Embedding clear ownership and sustainable ways of working across departments.
