Job Description:

We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy that works with companies with a turnover of 1 billion and above, providing consulting on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and wider stakeholders. It is a fully remote position with occasional travel, which is expensed and may include international trips once a quarter. The salary range is £150,000-180,000 plus a circa 20% bonus and other benefits. The ideal candidate will be experienced in problem-solving, have worked in a large consultancy or the Big 4, and be comfortable with managing multiple requirements and stakeholders. The role focuses on high-level FP&A, analytics, and advisory services, not finance implementation. You may also advise on competitors' strategies. The work involves large-scale shared service projects and AI initiatives.
