Job summary

People's Partnership in Crawley, United Kingdom, seeks a Business Manager – Finance & Transformation to sit at the heart of the CFO Office. You will coordinate governance, track CFO priorities and ensure delivery discipline across the Finance and Transformation function.

You will support senior leaders, manage dependencies, and maintain visibility of risks and commitments while contributing to MI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Finance or Company Secretariat role within a complex organisation.
• Strong governance, operating models and delivery management knowledge.
• Ability to support senior executives and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Credibility and judgement to operate in a Finance & Transformation environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance activity and delivery cadence across Finance & Transformation.
• Provide early visibility of delivery risks and governance issues.
• Track actions, ownership and progress with consistent reporting standards.
• Maintain central delivery view of CFO priorities and commitments.
• Support visibility of performance across CFO accountabilities and MI production.
