Job summary

83zero Limited is seeking a Business Transformation Consulting Manager to lead GBS and Finance transformation for international clients. This client-facing role focuses on assessing operations, designing improved operating models and delivering transformation programmes from strategy through to implementation.

You will work with senior stakeholders to drive efficiency, reduce costs and deliver measurable business value across Finance, GBS, Digital and related support functions.

• Lead transformation projects and individual workstreams from planning through to execution
• Assess existing GBS, Shared Services and Finance operations
• Design and implement target operating models
• Lead client workshops, interviews and working sessions
• Produce high-quality recommendations, presentations and project deliverables

• Improve business processes, organisational structures and service delivery

Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + bonus and benefits

Location: UK - Hybrid, with UK and European client travel

The Opportunity

We are working with an established international management consultancy that is expanding its Business Transformation practice.

This is a client-facing Manager position focused on helping major organisations transform their Global Business Services, Shared Services and corporate functions.

You will work with senior stakeholders to assess existing operations, design improved operating models and deliver transformation programmes from strategy through to implementation.

The work will span Finance, GBS, Digital and wider support-function transformation, helping clients improve efficiency, reduce costs and deliver measurable business value.
