Job summary

83zero is seeking a Business Transformation Consulting Manager – GBS & Finance to drive client-facing transformation initiatives across Global Business Services, Shared Services and finance functions. The role focuses on designing operating models, delivering from strategy to implementation, and engaging senior stakeholders.

You will work on finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A), ERP transformations, and drive change management in an international consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business transformation projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of Global Business Services or Shared Services.
• Good understanding of core Finance processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A.
• Experience leading client workshops and working with senior stakeholders.

Business Transformation Consulting Manager – GBS & Finance

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + bonus and benefits

Location: UK – Hybrid, with UK and European client travel

The Opportunity

We are working with an established international management consultancy that is expanding its Business Transformation practice.

This is a client-facing Manager position focused on helping major organisations transform their Global Business Services, Shared Services and corporate functions.

You will work with senior stakeholders to assess existing operations, design improved operating models and deliver transformation programmes from strategy through to implementation.

The work will span Finance, GBS, Digital and wider support-function transformation, helping clients improve efficiency, reduce costs and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
