Job summary

Citi is seeking a Finance Technology Product Management Analyst to define and execute the product strategy across finance platforms. You will drive business engagement, transformation, and AI-enabled initiatives while coordinating with business and technology partners to ensure compliant, scalable product delivery.

The role emphasizes data lineage, KPIs, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and data flows, record to report, regulatory reporting and financial close processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Agentic AI, ML, LLM, A2A concepts and practical applications in financial services.
• Solid experience with Data pipelines/integrations, Data Lineage, Quality & Governance.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, APIs and Data Analytics is a plus.
• Ability to represent customer needs to guide product development features and competitiveness.
• Ability to assess where AI adds value vs traditional automation for cost-efficient solutions.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into AI/automation opportunities with data inputs/outcomes.
• Build consensus and communicate value to partners and stakeholders across the organization.
• Highly self-motivated with strong communication and decision management in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Define Product vision, strategy and roadmap; develop proposals, business cases and tactics with stakeholders.
• Own backlog and roadmap; prioritize, negotiate and remove obstacles to drive business results.
• Lead culture of innovation with test-and-learn experiments to create platform products.
• Define KPIs for a platform product and measure performance.
• Make trade-off decisions on multiple platform products within a portfolio.
• Develop solution proposals, business cases and budget requests.
• Work in an agile environment; refine priorities and manage milestones and risks.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and iterative product delivery across teams.
• Lead business process redesign and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, regulatory alignment and risk controls.
• Collaborate with data teams to document requirements and model data flows across finance apps.
• Stay ahead of AI advances and apply new models/tools to products.
