Citigroup Inc. in London is seeking a hands‑on Product Manager to lead AI initiatives across Fund Services, turning concepts into production systems. You will bridge business needs with engineering, shaping end‑to‑end solutions in a regulated financial setting.

You will drive rapid discovery, set roadmaps, and partner with transformation teams to deliver AI capabilities that scale and create measurable client value across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (CS/Engineering).
• Significant experience in product development and engineering with focus on AI/ML-driven products.
• Ability to design, build, and scale complex software systems.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI ecosystem and related patterns.
• Proven ability to move from problem identification to working prototype quickly.
• Experience in agile, small-team product development environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Fund Services AI Agenda across the full lifecycle (onboardings, NAV production, ETF ops, middle office, transfer agency, actions, reporting).
• Lead rapid prototyping and discovery with cross-functional teams.
• Provide deep technical leadership on AI models, data pipelines, and deployment.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from prototype to production with security/compliance focus.
• Partner with Transformation team to embed AI into broader programs.
• Communicate roadmaps and progress to senior leadership and engineers.
• Stay current with Generative AI trends and translate them to business value.
