• Manage monthly close processes across entities and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain a robust financial control environment and SOX/compliance.
• Lead and develop a small accounting team with coaching and mentoring.
• Partner with P2P and C&C teams to improve end-to-end processes.
• Support internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
