• Ability to provide market insights and salary benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Tesco's UK and Group Finance functions.
• Partner with Finance leaders to deliver talent solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Champion Tesco's employer brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Provide market insight and talent intelligence for workforce planning.
• Build and maintain Finance talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer and onboarding.
