Job summary

Walker Morris LLP is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to own, manage and enhance the firm’s finance platforms, currently Aderant PMS, and any related systems. The role focuses on performance, compliance, and user experience, delivering a robust finance systems roadmap.

The successful candidate will partner with Finance, IT, Legal Operations and external stakeholders to implement technology upgrades and optimise processes in a Leeds-based hybrid/remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with finance systems and enterprise PMS like Aderant is essential.
• Ability to act as product owner for finance platforms and drive improvements.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, IT and operations to deliver system roadmaps.
