Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, IT or related discipline.
• Background in finance systems, business operations, project coordination, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
• Knowledge of finance or payroll processes is preferred.
• Experience in system implementation, enhancement, or maintenance is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of VBA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and documenting feedback and business requirements.
• Review and analyse information gathered from stakeholder engagement sessions, ensuring key insights and issues are accurately captured and categorised.
• Prepare presentation materials, reports, meeting papers, and other project documentation.
• Support service requests in accordance with SLAs, including system maintenance activities and administrative processing.
• Monitor project deliverables and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Track and report the progress of service requests, change requests, incident requests, and UAT activities.
• Maintain and update user guides, SOPs, and other documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to facilitate the smooth execution of projects and operational activities.
