Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Product Lead for Finance Systems to own end-to-end capability within the Finance Systems Product Team. You will define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive improvements and automation. Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, plus ITIL certification, is essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience across large, complex Finance application estates.
• Strong functional experience implementing, supporting or optimising Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Sound knowledge of IT service management support with ITIL certification.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into defined product outcomes and investment priorities.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, risk, regulatory requirements and operational demand.
• Deliver minor enhancements and support project delivery.
• Provide leadership to Product Analysts and Associate Product Analysts within the capability area.
