Job summary

Ocean Infinity is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator to administer and maintain core finance and procurement platforms, including NetSuite, Salesforce and related tools. The role focuses on keeping systems stable, accurate and aligned with business policies.

You will work with Finance, Procurement and IT to implement changes, update workflows, and support month-end processes from a systems viewpoint. Strong NetSuite experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience administering finance, ERP, procurement, or business systems.
• Experience hands-on with NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, workflows, and reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting system changes, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and respond to user queries.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain key finance and procurement systems.
• Monitor workflows, roles, permissions, and master data.
• Support day-to-day system operations to keep platforms stable.
• Investigate and resolve system issues and user queries promptly.
• Assist with month-end and year-end finance processes from a systems perspective.
• Design, test, and implement system changes and process improvements.
• Contribute to Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management transformation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Support documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communication.
