Job summary

Mishcon de Reya LLP seeks a Finance Systems Lead to own the strategy and delivery of the firm's finance technology stack. You will drive enhancements, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

This role requires deep Aderant experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and leadership of a hybrid environment combining on-premises and cloud solutions. As part of a large international firm, you will collaborate with Technology, Finance and Transformation teams to

Qualifications

8+ years' experience in Finance Systems (Aderant) in a large, international environment.
Experience building-out / implementing / data migration with a financial / ERP solution.
Familiarity with cross product integrations.
Experience managing hybrid environments of on premise and cloud hosted applications.
Experience with Microsoft Infrastructure stack.
Advanced IT skills: Excel macros, SQL and Power BI.
Strong project management skills.
Experience in managing a team.
Degree educated with an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision and strategy for finance systems, aligning with business goals.
Lead continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting capabilities.
Deliver future integration of financial data.
Manage cross-departmental finance system projects and gather requirements.
Oversee design, build, implement and test of Finance Tech projects with resources and UAT.
Act as a bridge between Finance, Transformation and Technology teams.
