Job summary

Walker Morris LLP is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to own, manage and enhance the firm’s finance platforms, currently Aderant PMS, and any related systems. The role focuses on performance, compliance, and user experience, delivering a robust finance systems roadmap.

The successful candidate will partner with Finance, IT, Legal Operations and external stakeholders to implement technology upgrades and optimise processes in a Leeds-based hybrid/remote environment.

Qualifications

Walker Morris are recruiting for the permanent, full-time position of Finance Systems Manager.

The Finance Systems Manager will act as product owner and will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the firm’s PMS, currently Aderant, and any other finance systems, to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and user experience. This role is critical in supporting finance operations, driving efficiency and user experience, through system improvements, and leading technology upgrades and will have responsibility for development and delivery of the finance systems roadmap. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, IT, Legal Operations and external stakeholders to deliver robust solutions that align with the firm’s strategic objectives.
