Job summary

Chaucer Group is recruiting a Finance Systems Analyst to own the Finance product lifecycle, focusing on safeguarding processes, optimising run activities, and driving improvements across ERP, subledgers, EPM and analytics. You will partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to design, implement and support Finance systems in a fast-paced Lloyd's environment.

The role reports into the Product Management Lead for Finance and requires hands-on, analytical thinking with strong Finance domain

Qualifications

Experience in Finance systems roles (ERP, subledgers, EPM, analytics) within Insurance or Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of Finance processes and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret Finance data and system interactions.
Experience working with Finance and Technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analysis of Finance processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Finance SMEs, Product Owners, and engineers to design or integrate Finance systems.
Support implementation activities including requirements definition and testing.
Ensure system changes comply with Finance controls and audit requirements.
Produce clear user documentation and training materials for Finance stakeholders.
