Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to ensure our finance platforms operate efficiently, securely, and in line with business needs. You will be the first point of contact for finance systems support, combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to deliver a high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience with a finance IT system, specifically D365 or similar.
• Experience maintaining strong financial system controls and data integrity.
• Experience handling large volumes of financial transactions in computerized systems.
• CCAB qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIPFA) or actively studying with CPD.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, data management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for finance IT system queries within SLAs.
• Act as system custodian ensuring integrity and controls of finance IT systems.
• Update approval chains and workflows in D365 PO system for compliance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot finance system processes and interfaces.
• Support month-end activities and ensure scheduled jobs run on time.
• Maintain user accounts and security in finance systems.
• Support change requests aligned with COA design and governance.
• Develop and update procedure manuals and system documentation.
• Deliver training on finance systems functionality to staff.
• Document system queries and resolutions for knowledge base.
• Support annual audits from a finance systems perspective.
• Contribute to KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
