Job summary

Dentons is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to deliver technical support, system analysis and administration for our financial platforms. You will champion best practices across Elite 3E, Intapp Time and Emburse, ensuring data integrity and smooth operations firm-wide.

You will work with business and technical teams, plus external vendors, to drive improvements and enable efficient finance processes across global offices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Finance, IT or professional services technical support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple activities.
• Experience in a support model with business/technical stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to identify and implement improvements in service delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across offices.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and data integrity checks for financial systems.
• System administration and support for Elite 3E, Intapp Time and Emburse.
• Manage system access control and security configuration.
• Provide timely responses via email, phone and IT helpdesk tools.
• Contribute to system upgrades, testing and process enhancements.
• Liaise with software vendors and escalate issues as needed.
